If banks want a slice of the construction business, they will have to be more proactive and find a way to invest in modular housing, not wait for modular housing to come to them. Ian - to the point we were discussing on the other thread.

Today I spent the day visiting customers that lost their homes in Pacific palisades that want to rebuild. There are no words to describe this horror. My heart and support goes out to everyone who has been affected. This was very tough to watch. @cercahomes we are determined to help rebuild, speed up the process and offer our support in any possible way. Tomorrow I will be going to visit a customer in Altadena that also lost their home. We will be rebuilding their home with an ADU using our fire resistant prefab steel system. #rebuild #palisadesfire
