Evening falls in The Hague, and the question of the day must be answered: Is #Citizen Science worth the effort? Yes, Citizen Science IS worth the effort! More than that, it can be a crucial element in ensuring and anchoring societal impact and securing research funding in the future. However, Citizen Science represents a significant additional task for many researchers – which is why research libraries and citizen science centres or hubs, such as the SDU Citizen Science Knowledge Centre, are vital resources for research and researchers. The above was discussed at today’s multiplier event marking the conclusion of the Erasmus+ project #CeOS_SE. Many thanks to our excellent colleagues and collaborators from #LIBER, University of Twente, University of Leiden, and our productive partners in Southeast Europe!
