About the Role:
We are seeking a Cityworks PLL Implementation Specialist/Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in delivering top-notch solutions to our clients by leveraging your expertise in Cityworks PLL (Permits, Licensing, and Land). You will lead implementations, provide training, and ensure our clients achieve their goals with our cutting-edge solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
? Lead Cityworks PLL implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, and deployment.
? Collaborate with clients to design workflows that align with their business processes.
? Provide training to end-users and administrators on Cityworks PLL functionality.
? Troubleshoot and resolve implementation challenges effectively and efficiently.
? Work closely with the development team to tailor integrations with Centricity GIS software products.
? Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a seamless implementation experience.
? Stay updated on Cityworks PLL advancements and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
? Proven experience with Cityworks PLL implementations.
? Strong knowledge of GIS concepts and Esri software (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online).
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams and clients.
? Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
? Familiarity with SaaS solutions and integrations is a plus.
