We are honored to receive a Capstone Award from the Kansas City Business Journal for our recent mixed-use development project,?The Crosswalks??? Located at the intersection of Armour and Troost Boulevard, the design was?inspired by the area's deep history. This four-building development breathes new life into the urban landscape without demolishing existing structures. Spanning 343,000 square-feet, The Crosswalks footprint is extremely efficient, offering 341 residential units, a gym, pool and clubhouse featuring a lounge area, bar, and rooftop deck. Each building showcases unique fa?ades and interiors, harmonizing with urban context while embodying a contemporary, future-oriented design. Nestled in the suburbs of Johnson County, Hallbrook Country Club offers members an elevated space to relax, connect, and enjoy world-class amenities with friends and family. Since its founding in 1927, the club has evolved while preserving its original charm and character. The clubhouse renovation consisted of a full remodel of the main-level kitchen, restrooms, corridor, bar, and formal dining area, as well as updates to the women’s locker room. In addition, we constructed a lower-level bar and dining area, two state-of-the-art golf simulator bays, built a new cart barn and pro shop that is seamlessly connected to the main clubhouse and extended the west terrace to make it perfect for outdoor dining and social events. ?? We are continuing to expand our portfolio beyond Kansas City, and we're thrilled to bring our expertise to Alpharetta, Georgia! ?? Cooper’s Hawk, an upscale winery and restaurant, is a single-story ground-up build constructed from cold-formed metal studs and structural steel. Inside, the space will feature two bars, a full commercial kitchen with a prep room, cookline, kitchen expo, and a large dining room area. There’s also a private Pinot Noir and Chardonnay room, separated by a sleek aluminum partition, adding an elevated touch to the experience.
