The Broadmoor is an adaptive reuse office-to-residential project with 16 apartments on the second floor and 8 commercial suites on the ground floor in the Sunshine Mile. Adaptive reuse and conversion projects are difficult in nature but can cost 10% to 15% less than a new build if executed properly.? from our project. This project was especially challenging, as we had to navigate through increases in construction costs and supply chain delays due to COVID. We are very excited that we are very close to full occupancy and that all of our residents and commercial tenants will be able to experience all the restaurant, bar and brewery openings on the Sunshine Mile just steps away from our project. #development #community
