Meet The Team Monday 💙🧡 Meet Nickie Myers from our Lynnwood location! Nickie has been with CWS for a year as an Inside Sales Representative, helping customers at the counter or over the phone. While Nickie handles some administrative tasks, her primary focus is assisting customers with their welding projects, big or small. Whether a customer needs equipment, filler metals, gases, or anything in between, Nickie is there to help ensure each customer finds exactly what they're looking for and all their questions are answered. When Nickie isn't busy helping customers find solutions, she enjoys cycling and bikepacking, especially if the weather is nice! If you're in the Lynnwood area, or happen to see Nickie cycling past you on the trails, give her a wave hello! Thanks for being such a rockstar, Nickie. We appreciate you!

Meet The Team Monday 🧡 💙 Meet Jeremy Millette from our Lynnwood, WA location! Jeremy has been an integral part of CWS for the past 29 years and has worked his way up to becoming the Lynnwood Branch Manager. He ensures the retail location and staff are well-equipped to help customers of all shapes and sizes, from home hobbyists to large construction contractors, and makes sure orders and deliveries are being processed efficiently. Along with providing excellent customer service and helping his staff reach their highest potential, Jeremy also visits CWS customers in the Southeast Alaska region to provide sales and technical support. When he's not busy managing the location or visiting customer sites, Jeremy enjoys playing competitive slow pitch softball, which he has participated in for 25 years. He is also a very dedicated dance dad to his daughter and an avid soccer dad to his son. If you find yourself in the Lynnwood, WA area, stop in and say hi to Jeremy. Meet The Team Monday 🧡 💙 Meet Spring Waters from our Anacortes, WA location! Spring has been with CWS for 10 years and was just promoted to Branch Manager at our Anacortes location. She spends her days managing inventory, dispatching delivery trucks, and processing daily paperwork, just to name a few, all to ensure the Anacortes retail location is running smoothly. Along with the many background tasks she handles, she supports location staff with customer or product questions and issues, provides the necessary tools for staff to succeed, and enjoys helping customers find efficient solutions to their problems. She has become adept at helping customers zero in on the specific product they need, whether its wire, welding machines, gases, or consumable parts. Before Spring found her way to Central Welding Supply, she spent time as a parachute packer at the skydive center in Lodi, CA, a rock climber, a goat milker, and a winery grunt. While working full time at CWS, she has received her Associates Degree in Business, a Bachelors of Science Degree, and a Certificate in Geographic Info Systems. Though school and work have kept Spring extremely busy the past 10 years, she has made time for her favorite pastime - traveling. She recently went on a trip of a lifetime to Turkey, Croatia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, and Montenegro. What an experience! If you're ever in the Anacortes, WA area, stop in and say hi to Spring. Meet The Team Monday 🧡 💙 Meet Andrew Johnson from our Smokey Point Fill Plant! Andrew has been with CWS for 5 and a half years and currently holds the position of Fill Plant Production Lead. He helps guide the workflow within the Smokey Point Fill Plant, the main hub of all our industrial, medical, and specialty gases, to ensure we are efficiently handling thousands of cylinders each month. He is also involved with training new and existing team members on the various gases we fill and distribute and he really takes pride in seeing someone learning how, and succeeding at, rolling cylinders within their first week. It has to be noted that he is a back-to-back, 2x CWS Cylinder Rolling Champion, so new employees are learning from the very best! On top of helping ensure the Fill Plant is running smoothly, Andrew also serves as the Chairman of our Safety Committee to keep employees on our Smokey Point Campus safe and sound. In Andrew's spare time, he enjoys long walks on the beach and reading books by the fire. Thank you for being such a great leader, Andrew!

Meet The Team Monday Meet Don Shepard from our Kelso location! Don has been with CWS for 4 years, with 20 years of industry experience, as an Outside Sales Representative in our SW Washington region. He works with local businesses to provide solutions and sales support, and works hand-in-hand with regional educators and employers to help create pathways for students who are interested in pursuing trade careers in welding, fabrication, sales, and other industries. He is currently serving as Chairman of the Welding Education Advisory Board at Lower Columbia College. When Don isn't helping prepare students for the future or providing excellent customer service, he can be found teeing it up at the Longview Country Club. He currently serves on the Longview Country Club's Board of Directors as Vice President and serves as the President of the Men's Association. Serving his community through the college and golf club is something that allows Don to give back to his community in a positive way. Thanks for being such a supportive and positive force in your community and at Central Welding Supply, Don!
