I’m giving a talk about how to get your ?? ideas ?? implemented at work (or at any other organization you might be a member of) — even if your organization isn’t especially welcoming to new ideas. I’ll cover: ? Why most ideas don’t get implemented ? How to turn a good idea into a great idea ? Creative hacks to get your great ideas over the line The talk will be this Saturday at the CPOSC: Central PA Open Source Conference. CPOSC is an annual one-day conference in beautiful downtown Lancaster, PA that brings together technology professionals, enthusiasts, and students from across the region. The conference features presentations and networking opportunities related to various aspects of software development, technology, and adjacent topics.
