We are thrilled to announce that the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) has awarded us a $4.2 million grant through the Fertilizer Production Expansion Program (FPEP) to expand our vermicomposting facility in Hollister, California! This investment is a significant step forward in our mission to produce locally sourced organic fertilizer, benefiting both California’s agricultural supply chain and our community. With this funding, we will install a static composting system and improve facility access, allowing us to increase our organic compost production to an impressive 158,000 tons per year! ??? We are grateful for the continued support from the USDA which is committed to fostering a competitive and resilient economy in rural America.
