Great technical tour yesterday with ASCE San Luis Obispo Younger Members Forum of the City of San Luis Obispo’s Cultural Arts District Parking Structure #CADPS project site! The CADPS will provide nearly 400 new parking spaces in downtown San Luis Obispo and will ultimately be co-located with a new theater! The structure represents a $41 million investment by the City in its downtown core that will improve the downtown experience for residents, businesses, and visitors. The structure is slated to open in early 2026. Can’t wait to check out the views from the top! A special thank you to Morgan Edmunson, EIT and Madeline Kacsinta, who are both managing this project for the City, as well as the contract and contractor staff working to make the project a success.
