A special thank you to our Board Chair Edgar Khalatian who has been a stalwart and graceful emcee for our CCA Connects since his term began in 2023.

Thank you Los Angeles Metro Senior Director Jacqueline T. for participating in our Tourism & Economic Development (TED) Committee. Our members got to see a glimpse of what Metro is anticipating for the 2028 Games which are 43 months away. Thank you to our TED chairs Vicki Curry and Jennifer P. Rivera for putting together this insightful committee meeting.

The heart of our city was as alive as ever today. Tens of thousands of Los Angeles Dodgers fans poured into the streets to celebrate the World Series victory. Downtown Los Angeles is at its best when its spaces are activated and today was a brilliant example of that. Go Dodgers! ??

Thank you Supervisor Kathryn Barger for joining us at the ASU California Center for a Microsoft-sponsored CCA Connects. Members got to participate in a candid conversation with the Supervisor around key regional issues such as public safety, transportation, housing, homelessness and mental health.

Starting the week off by reflecting on our Chiefs of Staff Reception last month.
