My name is Jen, and I have been a PT for almost 14 years. My primary love is Outpatient PT; I enjoy helping people overcome injuries and challenges in their everyday lives and seeing the progress working with them each week. Watching someone get back to doing what they love is the best reward. I also love the flexibility that being a traveler provides! Getting to see and really enjoy so many places and meet so many different people that I wouldn’t get to experience if I were working in a permanent job. I feel like it has made me a better clinician! Working with Centra has made the process so easy. My recruiter Kylie is kind and friendly, and she made sure to take my needs into consideration to find the right place for me! Another happy Centurion! Thanks for sharing Jake! Hello! My name is Jake and I am a Physical Therapist based in Vancouver, WA that has been working with Centra for over 3 years. I have very much enjoyed being able to experience varied rehab and regional settings while also having special opportunities such as helping start up a new acute rehab unit in Missouri, which is where I found my passion for inpatient rehab. Currently, I am in Oklahoma City, OK at an inpatient rehab facility. Here in OKC I’ve especially enjoyed biking around Lake Hefner, attending a “Bark in the Park” baseball game with my dog, and going to a hot air balloon festival.?Otherwise in my free time I enjoy trying local coffee shops, breweries, and restaurants, playing disc golf, biking, hiking, finding events to attend, and walking anywhere my dog would like to go. Everywhere I have gone I get so many recommendations of places to see and things to do! I especially love working at Centra as the whole team has been very communicative, friendly, and great to work with. My recruiter Kylie has been especially wonderful helping me secure both local and travel contracts that meet my needs and wishes. I would highly recommend Centra to any travel professional!

We love hearing from our Centurions.... Hi, I’m Claire, and I’ve been working as a travel Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for just over a year. From the start of my studies, I knew I wanted to travel, so I jumped straight into travel therapy. With the support of Centra and my fantastic recruiter, Kylie, I’ve had the chance to work all over the US, including my current assignment in WA. I love working in skilled nursing facilities across the country, helping individuals regain their independence and learning from the diverse healthcare professionals I encounter to gain as much experience as possible. Outside of work, my fiancé, our dog Rex, and I are fully embracing the travel lifestyle. We stay busy exploring tourist destinations, local recommendations, and hidden gems. We enjoy hiking, kayaking, trying local cuisine and drinks, and catching live music wherever we go.
