(https://hubs.li/Q02YR0q-0) “We’re in this vicious cycle where costs are rising, [employers] are shifting them to the worker, which prevents them from getting care or accessing the system, which leads to longer-term, worse healthcare needs.” - Centivo CEO, Ashok Subramanian. Break the cycle with Centivo. We lower costs by investing in access to primary care. Our results? 30% more primary care visits, 15% fewer ER visits and tremendous savings for employers and employees alike. CNBC reports that many employees will get an unwelcome surprise when they select their health benefits this year: higher health premiums. (https://hubs.li/Q02X2Q7d0) Some employers may offer their employees a high-deductible plan to help offset the cost, where the premium is typically lower. At Centivo – we take the opposite approach – no deductibles and lower costs. Want to offer your employees some good news this enrollment season? Check out Centivo (https://hubs.li/Q02X2QgD0) to learn more about our FREE primary care, network of high-quality providers and affordable plan design that can bring cost savings to both you and your employees.

According to the The New York Times, many employers expect the costs of their employees' health benefits to jump as much as 9% on average in 2025, with some employers planning to shift these costs to employees through higher premiums or increased deductibles. Centivo flips the script. We believe a high deductible causes people to avoid care, potentially creating worse problems and even bigger bills down the road. With no deductibles and free primary care on most plans, Centivo members see a significant reduction in their total cost of care, while their employers also save money. Traditional health plans and health systems are stuck in a zero-sum game over fee-for-service rates. This approach, which rewards higher volumes of care as health issues develop into health complications later on down the road, leaves both sides at odds and the health plan member with a negative experience. This issue is highlighted right now in Pennsylvania as WellSpan Health and UnitedHealthcare are stuck in contract negotiations. At Centivo, we’re committed to accountable care partnerships with health systems and providers where we’re both incentivized by the same thing – healthier patients. This model is designed to keep people healthier with more touchpoints from primary care, reducing the need for fewer high-priced services. With this value-based approach, we pass the savings on to both employers and employees.
