We joined forces to work on Rosalynn’s Way, a project dedicated to building four new single-family homes in West Philadelphia, contributing to the revitalization of the 40th Street corridor. From light demolition to sealing drafts on exterior walls and cutting beams, our team was hands-on in supporting Habitat’s mission to create safe and affordable housing. Meyer is proud to announce the completion of a comprehensive corporate office fit-out for CenterSquare Investment Management, a leading global real estate investment management firm, in #Conshohocken, PA. The new, 24,000 square-foot office merges function with aesthetic to effectively support CenterSquare’s staff and clientele after 30 years at their previous headquarters location. CenterSquare’s brand-new headquarters features a variety of workspaces, including private offices, workstations, conference rooms, and collaborative areas designed to support productivity and diverse work styles. Equipped with a centralized hub-style cafe, the office encourages employee interaction and fosters a sense of community among staff and clients. “CenterSquare’s Philadelphia headquarters created an exciting opportunity to blend functionality with design appeal to foster collaboration and community,” said Christopher Scarafile, Principal at Meyer. “By maximizing natural light and integrating sophisticated design features, we’ve created a dynamic and productive environment for staff and clients that embodies the CenterSquare brand.” Meyer worked closely with CenterSquare to develop a workplace that optimizes the space’s natural light, views of Conshohocken from the building’s seventh floor, and sightlines from the elevator lobby to the building’s exterior to cultivate an open, inviting atmosphere. Sophisticated design elements such as wood slat wall panels and decorative back-painted glass insets within the panel details in the lobby and reception areas create a professional and polished aesthetic upon entering the office and throughout the space. Open ceilings featuring ACT clouds and FilzFelt designs enhance the office’s modern and airy environment. “Meyer brought our vision of creating an engaging and collaborative workplace to life,” said E. Todd Briddell, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer at CenterSquare Investment Management. “After 30 years in our previous location, this new headquarters embodies our vision for the future of our firm. We look forward to leveraging this new environment to drive continued growth and success.” Meyer provided interior design, branding, and furniture, fixture, and equipment (FF&E) selection services for this project.
