Rosenbaum is based in the national industrial real estate investment, development and management firm’s Saddle Brook, New Jersey office. “We took a very measured and meticulous approach to find the right person for this role, which paid off well. Roy’s property acquisition and business development efforts across multiple Eastern U.S. markets have resulted in $3.2 billion of transactions.
