Seeing It Firsthand in the Field This week, I had the privilege of visiting key Centerline locations to learn more about our services, to share vision, and to build camaraderie — three essentials for leadership alignment and execution. ? Learning the Business – Seeing our teams in action reinforced how critical our work is. I watched our Maicom ISP team building out a cable headend, observed our Penta OSP teams installing fiber via directional drilling and aerial work, and saw fiber splicing in action. I also experienced a day in the life of our Site Acquisition consultants as they work to place cellular towers and antennas. Understanding these operations firsthand helps drive better decisions. Special thanks to Rocco Gennello, Joseph McVeigh, Victoria Brennan, and all your teams for the warm welcome, excellent site visits, and inspiring leadership. ? Sharing the Vision – A company moves faster when everyone is aligned. I reinforced Centerline’s vision to lead in critical infrastructure services for next-generation networks for our customers’ needs. ? Building Camaraderie – Success is about people. After the unimaginable loss of her son,?Finley, to a pulmonary embolism, Veronica turned heartbreak into action. She and her family have taken their fight to the?Georgia State Capitol, where they are initiating a bill and working with?Governor Brian Kemp?to declare March as?Blood Clot Awareness Month in Georgia. Her mission is clear: to ensure that no other family experiences the same heartbreak. Let’s honor Veronica’s strength and help spread awareness.
