Take a virtual tour of this location, which allows us to meet the social and cultural needs of our South Asian participants in the community. ACS is an option for PACE participants who prefer a smaller setting to receive on-site socialization, social services, personal care services, therapeutic recreation and meals. Other services, such as primary care, nursing and rehabilitation are offered at PACE Centers.

The 13th Annual Allerton Avenue International Food Festival, a celebration of diversity, was filled with music, culinary traditions, cultural performances, and, most importantly, a shared sense of community pride. CenterLight Healthcare PACE staff was honored to be part of this, sharing our all-inclusive care plan with festivalgoers and connecting with the community we proudly serve.
