We are thrilled to announce that Linda Frey will be joining the Center for Social Sector Leadership at Berkeley Haas as our new Executive Director beginning January 8, 2025. Linda is a true multisector, global leader. She was most recently the Director of California’s $146M College Corps program, led by California Volunteers, Office of the Governor. Her previous roles include VP of Strategic Partnerships for Global Citizen Year - now Tilting Futures and Executive Director of the Open Government Partnership, an international organization that promotes government transparency and civic participation. From 2004 through 2012, Linda was a Program Officer at the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation, where she developed the first grantmaking strategy for the Foundation's Global Development Program.
