"Analyzing total impressions at face value never tells the full story of a campaign's success and can easily be manipulated by buying lower quality traffic. Instead, a brand lift study should be used. Brand lift studies measure the real-world impact of advertising campaigns on brand perception and awareness. A common approach involves a geographic split test: one region sees the campaign (variant A), while a control region does not. The study then compares the change in branded search volume between the two regions to quantify the campaign's effect." ? Brand lift studies, not bloated impression counts, tell the real story. ??
