Workbook helps disabled cope with Maui Fire https://go.hawaii.edu/aEG We’re proud to share that CDS's efforts to support individuals with developmental disabilities (DD) and their families in Maui following last year’s devastating wildfires, led by Dr. Maya Matheis, have been featured in the Star Advertiser. The article highlights the impactful intervention workbook developed to help children and adults with DD with processing their traumatic experiences. This recognition underscores our commitment to providing compassionate care and resources to those in need during challenging times.
