This Women's History Month, we want to recognize Dr. Denise C. Park, the founder and director of research of the Center for Vital Longevity. Dr. Park’s pioneering work in cognitive neuroscience has not only deepened our understanding of the aging mind but also helped guide research on how the brain adapts throughout life. Her leadership and dedication to science inspire everyone at the Center. As a mentor to students, an advocate for diversity in research, and a champion of lifelong learning, Dr. Park’s influence has left a lasting mark on the field. #WomensHistoryMonth #CVL #UTD #WomenInScience

Research Center at UT Dallas dedicated to pursuing research that leads to cognitive health for life.
关于我们
The CVL brings together a group of research scientists who are using advanced brain-imaging technologies and research techniques in cognitive neuroscience to understand, maintain, and improve the vitality of the aging mind. Our research aims to identify who is most at risk of cognitive impairment and evaluate treatments that might prevent or halt cognitive decline. The CVL comprises seven research labs, each led by an individual scientist. There are many cross-collaborations among labs, as well as collaborations with researchers at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and other national and international research institutions. We are dedicated to pursuing research that will lead to cognitive health for life.
