We're recognizing Dr. Karthikeya Mamillapalle today for #ThankaTeacherThursday! A Differential Equations student shared the following note: "Differential Equations this semester was such an amazing class thanks to you. The content was not easy, but you consistently made sure that everyone in class was clear on the subjects before moving on. You taught everything in a way that made it simple to follow. I want to thank you as well for always being eager to help during office hours and taking the time to help me understand anything that I did not know. I always felt like I was prepared when taking exams and I understand the material very well. You're the best professor I have had at Tech so far. Thank you for a great class!"

However, it can also feel overwhelming to add sustainability teaching to an already full workload! In this Times Higher Education article, CTL's Rebecca Watts Hull, Ph.D. breaks down how institutions can encourage sustainability teaching without placing an extra burden on instructors.
