Three months ago, when we released the Foursquare OS Places dataset, we mentioned that our commitment to making geospatial intelligence accessible goes beyond just data. Today, we are taking one more step in that direction. We just released a major upgrade to Kepler.gl, which brings together the latest advancements in Edge Computing (DuckDB), Generative AI models (OpenAI, DeepSeek AI and local Ollama models) and Cloud Native Formats (Geoparquet, PM Tiles) to turn your browser into a powerhouse for geospatial analysis.
