I am happy to announce that "DCT-CryptoNets: Scaling private inference in the frequency domain" has been accepted to #ICLR2025! In this paper, we tackle the challenge of privacy and security in deep learning with Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE). Our approach, DCT-CryptoNets, addresses the computational limitations of FHE-based inference by operating in the frequency domain via the Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT). We’re excited to pave the way for more practical and scalable privacy-preserving AI in domains such as healthcare and finance where sensitive data is prevalent.
