Since our founding in 1995 as Heartland Institute, convening principles have informed our conferences, trainings, and programs. Over 500 consultants and organizational leaders, hundreds of organizations and thousands of individuals have trained in and are utilizing CPL convening principles and processes. · Convening processes get to the heart of the matter through essential conversation, quickly, efficiently, and authentically. · Collaboration is the outcome of creating cultures of trust and respect.
