CDR’s mission is to provide resolution services that address disputes, crimes, and community conflicts, through mediation and group facilitation, using the best communication skills and dialogue models available; and to provide education services that build communication and resolution resources in the community though trainings, workshops, and presentations. CDR’s vision is to transform conflict and to facilitate positive communication to build more peaceful communities. For the past four decades, CDR has been building more peaceful communities in Lane County. Our services, and the training and workshops we provide, have helped tens of thousands learn how to use positive communication to transform conflict.

There will be activities of all kinds, live performances by local youth groups, food trucks, community awards, and a community mural which all are welcome to help create!
