Thanks to everyone who presented, led a roundtable discussion, or a panel discussion. It was an amazing Symposium, with some of the best people around the world.
Last month, the 5th annual KAI symposium was co-hosted by the Center for Cooperative Problem Solving and the KAI Foundation. This year's theme was Every Mind Matters - recognizing there is greater benefit to all involved when you help to get the best out of others, and help others to get the best out of you. The KAI Symposium was hosted in partnership by the Center for Cooperative Problem Solving at Virginia Tech, and the KAI Foundation. ALCE faculty who participated include: ?? Dr. Megan Seibel: Measuring and Evaluating KAI Training Impact on Stress in the Workplace (Round Table) ?? Dr. Jerald Walz - Every Mind Matters: Understanding Problems, Coping, and Motivation in the 21st Century (Presentation) ?? Abby Cheng Leveraging KAI to Support Autistic Team Members (Round Table) ??
