Founded in 2002, CoFES represents a cooperative effort between Rice University's George R. Brown School of Engineering, Jones Graduate School of Business, and School of Social Sciences. Through modern computational, statistical and mathematical techniques for modeling complex problems, we strive to deliver world-class research, expand education and advance public knowledge.
