What does it take to work across sectors and address tough city challenges? Leaders?from across government, nonprofit, and private sectors?are here to learn and plan important cross-sector collaborations in their cities, with research-based insights and learnings from the Bloomberg Harvard City Leadership Initiative thanks to Bloomberg Philanthropies. With Harvard University instructors including Kimberlyn Leary, Mitchell Weiss, Jorrit de Jong, and Monica Giannone plus other recognized experts, the program helps participants:? ??Harness collaboration with diverse parties across organizational boundaries???Strengthen collaboration skills to benefit teams across city hall and beyond? ??Make rapid, iterative progress on a high-priority challenge in their city?
This week we're welcoming 77 cross-sector leaders from 11 cities for an intensive week of learning and connection with Harvard University faculty affiliates of the Bloomberg Center for Cities at Harvard University and other government innovation experts, with thanks to Bloomberg Philanthropies.
