???????? The Accounting Chamber and the U.S. GAO Centre for Audit Excellence summed up the results of cooperation and identified future priorities? ?? These issues were discussed during a recent working meeting in Krakow (Republic of Poland). In general, it was agreed that in 2025, American experts will: ?? assist the Accounting Chamber in providing professional development for its staff; ?? advise on updating the structure of the Accounting Chamber in accordance with the latest legislative changes; ?? and provide assistance with the software for managing HR processes. In addition, CAE GAO experts are currently advising the Accounting Chamber on the competency framework and human resources management. During the working meeting, they, in particular, shared the approaches applied by their institution to the HR policy, recruitment, career growth and application of the motivation system.
