Over 200,000 educators across the US over the next three years will engage in *GenerationAI* - equity-focused professional learning led by ISTE + ASCD, in partnership with the Center for Black Educator Development, Computer Science Teachers Association, Indigitize Computer Science, Latinos for Education, National Education Association, and Playlab AI. Many of the resources and trainings will be for educators by educators. They will prioritize Black, Indigenous, and Latino educators as well as educators serving in rural and Title I schools. The scale and intentionality of this work during such a critical time in technology takes my breath away. It was an enormous privilege to lead this $10 million grant within Google.org, and I am immensely grateful to Maab Ibrahim and Rachel Brady who seamlessly continued that leadership through critical milestones when I needed to step away. And an extra special shout out to Jennie Magiera who made all the right connections at the right time that led to this unique partnership. Congratulations to the GenerationAI team and an enduring thank you for centering, elevating, and prioritizing educators and equity.
