We had the incredible opportunity to host the Boulder County Co-Responder team last week at our hospital for a lunch and learn! It was a privilege to have almost the entire team from across Boulder County—unincorporated areas, Louisville, Lafayette, Erie and the areas in between—for an afternoon of collaboration. Co-responders are essential community pillars in helping people in crisis get the stabilization and resources that they need, and we are honored to build this partnership.

What a winter whirlwind! The 2025 Psychotherapy Associates Winter Symposium is a wrap. We make great new connections and planted seeds for community collaboration. We also had the opportunity to reconnect with our current partners. We also broke up the days breaking it down on a Dance Dance Revolution mat! Thanks to all the partners that made this a reality. We are already planning for next year!

Our DEI Committee at Centennial Peaks has some impactful initiatives and events planned for 2025! Some DEI-focused New Year's resolutions we posted in our hospital include: supporting a DEI mindset and awareness, being aware of our own biases, and focusing on the impact we have on those around us.
