InspiriTec colleagues past and present came to the Philadelphia office to celebrate the retirement of ???????? ????????????????, as well as her 70 years of life. Irma’s career at InspiriTec was long, accomplished, and inspirational. She is an essential part of our history and growth. At the time of her retirement, Irma was one of the five longest-tenured people at InspiriTec - giving us ???????? ???? ?????????? of legendary performance, personality, and perseverance. Irma grew into a nationally-recognized customer service agent. In 2008, Irma won the “ICMI Spirit of Service Award” from ICMI (International Customer Management Institute) - the leading global provider of comprehensive resources for customer management professionals. In 2012, she won the President’s Award from SourceAmerica - the national leader in creating job opportunities for Americans with significant disabilities - for exhibiting outstanding leadership and exceptional character while living and working with a disability.
