Jobsite Progress: ICON Hardin Valley, Phase II Knoxville, TN CEI is thrilled to announce significant progress on ICON Hardin Valley, Phase II, in collaboration with Braxton Development. After the successful completion of Phase I, our team was honored to be selected as contractor for the second phase of the community. The expansion includes 8 additional buildings, carriage houses, and 3/4 split buildings with 124 class A units. In addition, Phase II include gas grills, fire pits, and a hammock lawn and will share the robust amenity package with Phase I. We're excited to share that 6 of the 8 buildings are currently in delivery, with the final two on track to be completed by the end of the month.
