Jobsite Progress: ICON Hardin Valley, Phase II Knoxville, TN CEI is thrilled to announce significant progress on ICON Hardin Valley, Phase II, in collaboration with Braxton Development. After the successful completion of Phase I, our team was honored to be selected as contractor for the second phase of the community. The expansion includes 8 additional buildings, carriage houses, and 3/4 split buildings with 124 class A units. In addition, Phase II include gas grills, fire pits, and a hammock lawn and will share the robust amenity package with Phase I. We're excited to share that 6 of the 8 buildings are currently in delivery, with the final two on track to be completed by the end of the month. With over 21 years of experience in accounts payable, including 10 years in the construction industry, Mo plays a vital role in our accounting department. Jobsite Progress: The Northerly - Madison, TN I had the pleasure of touring The Northerly jobsite alongside our dedicated CEI team last week, and what a site! Though there's still quite a bit of work to be completed, from the roadside, the community looks spectacular. Much thanks to our hard working team, both in the field at in the office! Jordan Pitt, Michael Anderson, Cody Clarke, Sam Orput, Ethan Boyd, Zachary Kissinger Residents are settling into the first of four buildings and enjoying many of The Northerly's finished amenities, including the pool deck and courtyard, fitness center, yoga room, and dog wash to name a few. We’re excited to kick off the summer with two talented Construction Management students, Clay Spencer and Brytten Georges joining our team.
