Another Project Spotlight at Marygrove College on Florent Gillet! This is a 15,200 sq. ft. tear-off of an existing coal tar pitch roof down to a concert deck. We are spotlighting one of our recent projects at Eastern Michigan University on Phelps and Seller halls. We have recently moved to phase two of the project. Our roofers, including Matt Meyer, our superintendent, our foreman Don Eldred, and his team, have been working hard on this project. ?? CEI crews underwent Swing Stage Competent person certification training last week. ?? We utilize various equipment and tools at significant heights in every job we undertake. It's crucial to have a deep understanding of the tools we employ to ensure the safety of all involved. Remember, knowledge is key! Swing Stage Scaffolding is scaffolding hung by ropes or cables connected to stirrups at each end of the platform. It is typically used by window washers on skyscrapers but plays a prominent role in high-rise construction as well. We are excited to have our crew certified to use Swing Stage Scaffolding for future projects. #CEImichigan #CEI #safetytraining #companyhighlight
