Our team recently attended another successful Fuel Center project opening in Fresno, California! CEI provided Concept Planning, Capital Budgeting, Entitlements Processing, Civil Engineering Design, PGE Service Coordination, Construction Permitting, Bid Support, and Certificate of Occupancy support, to help bring this location to life. With the opening of this Gas Station on March 18th, this site is ready to serve the community. When it comes to athletic excellence, the foundation starts with top-tier facilities. At R.L. Turner High School, CEI proudly partnered with Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD to transform their sports field into a state-of-the-art space that meets the demands of today’s athletes. This project focused on more than just aesthetics. CEI’s civil engineering and design expertise prioritized durability, playability, and safety. The new sports field features cutting-edge synthetic turf designed for optimal performance, providing athletes with consistent conditions year-round. A critical component of the project was the integration of advanced safety shock pads beneath the turf, reducing the risk of injuries and ensuring student-athletes have a safe environment to compete at their best. The project posed unique challenges, including addressing subsurface conditions and aligning construction timelines with the school’s academic calendar. Through innovative problem-solving and collaboration with contractors and district leaders, CEI delivered a field that reflects both precision and purpose. This revitalized field not only elevates athletic opportunities for students but also creates a community centerpiece for fans and families to gather and celebrate the spirit of competition.
