We are excited to announce that Sara Welch has been named our Employee of the Quarter! Sara has a remarkable ability to individualize care for each of our patients, extending empathy and grace to everyone she meets. She has a special gift for meeting people where they are in their recovery journey. Patients often share with us how much they enjoy her group therapy sessions, frequently requesting to stay with her and build rapport. In MAT, patient engagement is key to long-term recovery, and when patients look forward to group therapy and trust their therapist, it represents a huge step toward reaching their recovery goals and helping them stay better. Sara consistently goes above and beyond by collaborating with providers to address any individual concerns her patients may have, ensuring they receive the comprehensive care they deserve. She is an incredible asset to Studio Health, and we are grateful to have her on our team!
