Stairs Financial, on the other hand, is a marketplace for finding mortgage and down payment assistance programs. Both are hoping to help fix parts of the US housing system, in their own way. In my opinion housing cost is the greatest threat to America's upward mobility and unity for the rising generation. It is such a huge problem, with many different causes (I can speak later on the biggest ones from my POV) that there will be several massive companies built to address it's various challenges.
