About 10% of people experience seasonal affective disorder during the warmer months. If your child or teen is feeling hopeless, irritable, helpless, or having thoughts of self-harm, please call our admissions team for support. We are open 24/7 and available to answer your questions and provide a no-cost assessment. Call our team at 719-633-4114.

Self-care can mean different things to different people, but at the most basic level, self-care involves taking care of your body, mind and emotions. Taking care of your mental health may not be as straightforward as taking care of your physical health. For some of us, simple things that take care of our physical health can make a big difference in our mental health. Finding a personal way to take care of yourself can go a long way toward keeping your mental health in check.
