When it comes to B2B eCommerce, most businesses take a "just make it work" approach without considering the bigger picture. For Keurig, just like many other brands, it wasn't an eCommerce challenge as much as it was a relationship challenge. We had to work closely with the sales team to manage existing distributor relationships and look for new ways to add value for customers and partners alike. The result was a win-win-win strategy that helped Keurig compete against Amazon, made life easier for distributors, and – most importantly – delivered exceptional value for customers that others can't.
