Telemedicine Providers: Changes are coming! The DEA's proposed rule on telemedicine prescriptions is open for comment through March 18th. This rule would mandate a three-tier registration system, including state-specific telemedicine registrations renewed every three years, for DEA-registered practitioners who wish to prescribe controlled substances via telehealth.
