Thanks again for inviting us to lead the Futures Game simulation at the ESO Summit!
What happens when you put 140 entrepreneurial leaders in charge of a fictional county? Chaos, strategy, and a whole lot of fun. During this Future Games Simulation, created by the Community Development Institute (CDI) Central, decisions were made, businesses were built (or not ??), and communities thrived (or struggled ??). Thank you to Shelby Fiegel, PCED Fiegel with CDI and Tiffany Henry for leading this interactive activity and giving us a hands-on experience in strategic decision-making. A truly unforgettable part of the ESO Summit! Engaging young leaders in conversations about poverty and the ALICE (asset limited, income constrained, employed) population is crucial if we want to continue uplifting those in need in our communities. We must continue to innovate and elevate the services and support we offer to create places that meet every family’s needs. Thank you to the Cabot Area Chamber of Commerce and Cabot High School Youth Leadership Council for inviting our staff to facilitate a Poverty Simulation today!
