Yesterday, CDG Maui, Inc had the privilege of turning over Lot 5 of the Wailea Golf Estates II subdivision to its new homeowners, Jim Blumenthal and his wonderful wife. It’s always an incredible moment to see a project come to life and, more importantly, to see the joy it brings to our clients. ?? Exciting Milestone for the Kilohana Makai Project! ?? ? At the end of September we celebrated a fantastic milestone with a Hawaiian blessing and groundbreaking for Kilohana Makai, our workforce housing project. This subdivision, located across from Keawakapu Beach, will be home to 28 local families. It was great to meet all the future homeowners, county officials, and all the amazing individuals who are making this vision a reality. Special thanks to Howie Kihune and SANDRA DUVAUCHELLE and their teams for making this project possible. Mahalo to the County of Maui for working closely with us to move this project forward. We’re truly grateful for the collaboration, dedication, and passion that have gone into this venture. We look forward to the journey ahead and to providing a wonderful place for future generations to call home. ????? Lot 3 is moving fast - concrete has been poured, and we've started framing. The roofers are also in full swing, busy shingling several houses.
