?? Exciting Milestone for the Kilohana Makai Project! ?? ? At the end of September we celebrated a fantastic milestone with a Hawaiian blessing and groundbreaking for Kilohana Makai, our workforce housing project. This subdivision, located across from Keawakapu Beach, will be home to 28 local families. It was great to meet all the future homeowners, county officials, and all the amazing individuals who are making this vision a reality. Special thanks to Howie Kihune and SANDRA DUVAUCHELLE and their teams for making this project possible. Mahalo to the County of Maui for working closely with us to move this project forward. We’re truly grateful for the collaboration, dedication, and passion that have gone into this venture. Lot 3 is moving fast - concrete has been poured, and we've started framing. The roofers are also in full swing, busy shingling several houses.
