The past few weeks were profoundly inspiring as I attended two remarkable events in Tampa, the 32nd Anniversary of the Corporation to Develop Communities of Tampa, Inc. (CDC of Tampa) and the 10th Anniversary of Enterprising Latinas, Inc.. Both organizations were founded by visionary women (Chloe Coney and Liz Gutiérrez) who dared to dream big and pursued their missions with relentless passion. These women leaders in Tampa exemplify purpose-driven leadership, focusing not just on revenue but on creating lasting impact, building communities, and transforming lives. Their journeys are a testament to the power of unwavering belief in one’s vision. As entrepreneurs, witnessing their success reminds us to dream boldly and refuse to shrink our aspirations. They prove that no goal is too ambitious when you lead with heart and intention. I’m deeply grateful for their inspiring leadership and the legacy they are creating.
