Today, our team is at the Health Connect South conference to promote collaboration among health, public health and healthcare leaders and innovators in the Southeast. As part of the event, CDC Foundation President and CEO Dr. Judy Monroe joined fellow panelists—Chelsea Cipriano, managing director at the Common Health Coalition, Dr. Veronica T. Mallett, chief administrative officer of the More In Common Alliance, and Dr. Kathleen Toomey, commissioner of the Georgia Department of Public Health—to discuss how we can use systems change thinking to ensure we work together to tackle today's health challenges, which range from infectious diseases to chronic conditions to mental health issues. #HCS2024
