The Chanticleer Athletic Foundation is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) charitable organization that provides financial assistance for CCU Athletics and generates interest in building a comprehensive and competitive NCAA Division I athletic program. Our mission is to help provide every opportunity for our nearly 450 student-athletes to excel academically and athletically. We accomplish this through the funding of scholarships and enhanced academic support, new and improved on-campus facilities, and unique operational needs for all of our men's and women's intercollegiate teams.

While the outcome of this game wasn’t what we hoped for, the score will never change the love and respect I have for our staff and players. Over the weekend, I had the opportunity to volunteer for the CCU Chanticleer Athletic Foundation during the first home football game of the season. I assisted fans to their seats in the west zone of the stadium. It was such a great opportunity! Chanticleer Athletic Foundation

Football Volunteer for Chanticleer Athletic Foundation | Recreation and Sports Management Major
On Saturday September 7th, I volunteered to help the Chanticleer Athletic Foundation get prepared before our home football game against William & Mary. We helped set up the loge boxes as well as escort people to their seats. I learned to perform excellent customer service and to efficiently set up an event.
