The Community Council of South Central Texas owns an approximate 1013 square foot manufactured building located at 107 Tips St. Three Rivers, Texas. This building is for sale as is. The building needs extensive renovation including roof replacement and extensive interior repair. Interested parties may submit a bid to Brittany Hensley, CFO @ [email protected]. All reasonable bids will be considered with the highest bid being awarded the building.
