Celebrating Fertility Preservation Progress We want to thank Progyny, Inc., Cigna Healthcare, WIN, Maven Clinic, and Carrot Fertility for providing comprehensive fertility benefits for CCRM Fertility patients. Notable companies supporting fertility benefits include: - The New York Times- $50,000 lifetime cap - Starbucks- 25,000 for treatments + $10,000 for medications - Match Group- $10,000 benefit - Amazon- Covers roughly two cycles for over 1 million employees Offering fertility benefits not only helps secure employees' futures but also fosters a supportive and productive work environment. Kudos to Spring Fertility and NYU. Across Spring’s clinics, egg freezing cycles jumped 37% last year. This trend is visible nationwide, with the prototypical patient getting younger. Corporate benefits are driving this change. In 2015, only 5% of large employers covered egg freezing; by 2023, nearly one in five did. #CCRMFertility #FertilityPreservation #EggFreezing #CorporateBenefits https://lnkd.in/euJvnWwf

Honoring Juneteenth and Supporting Black Fertility As we observe Juneteenth, it's crucial for CCRM Fertility to recognize this day’s significance and reflect on our role in promoting equality. Juneteenth marks the emancipation of enslaved African Americans and is a powerful reminder of the ongoing struggle for freedom and justice. At CCRM Fertility, our commitment extends to addressing disparities in reproductive health through our Black Fertility Matters Initiative https://lnkd.in/eFB3gJDP. Consider these key statistics: -Black women have the highest maternal mortality rates and are three times more likely to die from pregnancy-related causes than White women. -Contributing factors include healthcare quality variations, chronic conditions, structural racism, and implicit bias. -Black and Latina women face higher infertility rates and are less likely to seek fertility treatment due to financial barriers and cultural misunderstandings in clinics. These disparities highlight the urgent need for inclusive and supportive environments. This Juneteenth, let's reaffirm our dedication to providing equitable fertility care for all. Together, we can make a meaningful impact. Learn more about our Black Fertility Matters initiative and join us in this important cause. #Juneteenth #BlackFertilityMatters #CCRMFertility
