? Caffeine Breakdown: What's in Your Cup? ? Did you know caffeine content can vary greatly between your favorite drinks? From a shot of espresso to your morning tea, caffeine helps wake us up by stimulating the central nervous system, but moderation is key! Experts recommend keeping daily caffeine intake to 400 mg or less—about 4 cups of coffee. Too much caffeine can lead to restlessness, increased heart rate, or anxiety. So, enjoy your cup, but be mindful of how much you're sipping! Disclaimer: This post shows the average caffeine amount in 12-16 oz portions. Actual mg can vary based on the type and strength of the drink. #NationalEspressoDay #CaffeineFacts #HealthyLiving
